All in Prayer
I have learned that prayer is a sacred gift that my Heavenly Father gave to me and all of His children so we can always communicate with Him. It is on my knees that I have found solace and peace.
The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints teaches that we can talk to Him anywhere – any time – anyone can pour their hearts out to the Creator. All we have to do is focus our thoughts, and bam! instant divine reception. The signal is never jammed or busy.
Our bodies need continual temporal nourishment to survive and thrive. Offering a prayer each time we eat can turn our mind to constant spiritual nourishment.
